    • If the package is delivered in a torn or tampered condition, please do not accept it. Notify the delivery agent immediately.

4. Submission of Claims

  • Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via our customer support email or portal.
  • Along with the claim, provide the following:
    • Opening video as proof.
    • Order ID and delivery details.
    • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

5. Refund/Replacement Decisions

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after verifying the provided evidence.
  • Claims without an opening video or with insufficient evidence will not be entertained.

6. Non-Refundable Cases
